Registration Open for Fort Lewis College “Virtual Farm Planning Course”

The Old Fort at Fort Lewis College is offering a Virtual Farm Planning Course in 2026. The course will consist of 10 weeks of online curriculum geared toward beginning farmers planning to start a specialty crop farm (vegetables, fruits, and/or flowers). Topics will include crop planning, high elevation growing techniques, business and marketing strategies, and farm financial/ tax basics. Scholarships and Spanish interpretation are available.
