Food Vendors

Farmers, producers, food trucks, bakers, and all other food businesses, please complete the form below. Booth fees for food vendors are $10 per market -or- $100 for the season (includes $20 discount & reserved booth space). San Luis Valley farmers and producers do not pay a fee.

Non-Food Vendors & Performers

Crafters, artists, handmade goods makers, and all other non-food businesses, please complete the form below. Performers should also complete this form, although they are not required to pay a fee. Booth fees for non-food vendors are $5 per market -or- $50 for the season (includes $10 discount & reserved booth space).

FAQs

  • Market Dates: Wednesdays starting July 12th through September 27th.

    Market Times: 4pm to 7pm

  • Booth Fees: $5 per market for non-food vendors, $10 per market for food vendors

    San Luis Valley farmers & producers do NOT pay a fee.

    Booth Fee Discounts: pay for the season and get a discount and a reserved booth space.

    $100 for food vendors ($30 discount) and $50 for non-food vendors ($15 discount)

  • Set-up & Break down: Set-up is at 3:30pm and break down begins at 7pm and ends at 7:30pm. Please turn in your vouchers for SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) to the Info Booth by 7pm.

  • Payment: Be prepared to accept cash payments. Venmo, CashApp, and card payments are optional and are the responsibility of the vendor. Send customers to the info booth if they need to use ATM or EBT. Eligible producers and vendors can accept SNAP and Double-Up Food Bucks.

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own market setup, including tables, chairs, tents, signage, and lighting. Electrical and water hookups are NOT available.

  • The Farm Park will not be able to provide electrical hookups for any vendor. Please plan accordingly and bring your own generator, batteries, etc.

  • If it rains or is too windy to host a market, we will notify vendors via email or text and post to social media. If rain or wind occurs during the market and we’re already set up, vendors are welcome to ride out the storm if the Info Booth is still up and running. If the Info Booth goes down, vendors will have to break down their booths and turn in any vouchers for SNAP/ DUFB. Booth fees will not be collected if the market is closed due to weather.
